Thank you for your visit, this sale is for a full set of remanufactured fuel injectors, this have been put to the test on our cleaning machine called ASNU (as new) here below are the procedure and steps:
1. Electrical test: measure ohm's (dead injectors rejected)
- Ultra-sonic bath: break up and dissolve debris.
3. Flushed in/out: remove debris inside.
- Flow/Pattern tested in both static and dynamic modes.
5. Apply a thin coat of crystal clear enamel
6. Assemble with new Filter, O-rings and pintle cap
