• Universal fit for vintage cars and trucks!   Great vintage anti-theft device to protect your vehicle's spare tire(s). Extra locks that came with a 1937 Dodge with front-fender side mount spare tires back in 1972; have been boxed in storage for the past 51 years!   Thus, both are in great condition!

• 2 locks are not keyed alike. 1 bid = 1 lock & security washer with its own 1 brass key as shown.   Lock #1 ships first.   Lock #2 ships next ...as shown in the photos.

• Details :

• Original older black paint finish is shiny - NO rust. See many photos of all sides of both painted lock housings.

• The 2 locks work smoothly - see photos of brass key operating both locks.

• The security washer slips onto your lug bolt & under your lug nut.   Then the locking housing slips over your lug nut and locks.

• Very robust locks.   Hefty thick-walled metal; weighs about 5 oz..

• Metal face on both locks.

• The locking housing has a rubber grommeted hole (for water drainage); this hole can be drilled out by the Buyer if the Buyer's

   vehicle has extra long lug bolts that need to protrude beyond the locking housing

In addition, Seller may file US Postal Service fraud claim** **vs. the Buyer.**

**e.) **Headings** .** **Section headings are not to be considered a part of this Agreement and** **are not intended to be a full and accurate description of the contents** **hereof.**

**f.) **Waiver** .** **Waiver by one party hereto of breach of any provision of this Agreement** **by the other shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver.**

**g.) **Assignment** . The Parties shall not assign this Agreement, without the other Party’s prior written consent.**

**h.) Notices.** Any and all notices, demands, or other communications required or desired to be given hereunder by any party shall be in writing and shall be validly given or made to another party if personally delivered or served, or if deposited in the United States mail, certified or registered, postage prepaid, return receipt requested. If such notice or demand is served personally, notice shall be deemed constructively made at the time of such personal delivery or service. E-mail, non-certified/non-registered mail, and/or fax are examples of actions that do not constitute notice under the terms of this paragraph.

**i.) Preparation of the Agreement.** This Agreement in full shall be construed as though all Parties hereto participated equally in the preparation of this Agreement.

**j.) **Modification or Amendment** . No amendment, change or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by the parties hereto.**

**k.) **Entire Understanding** .** **This document and any exhibit attached constitute the entire** **understanding and agreement of the parties, and any and all prior** **agreements, understandings, and representations are hereby terminated** **and canceled in their entirety and are of no further force and effect.**

**l.) **Unenforceability of Provisions** .** **If any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is held to** **be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement shall** **nevertheless remain in full force and effect.**

**m.) **Voluntary Agreement** .** **The Parties hereto, and each of them, represent and declare that they** **have carefully read this Agreement and know the contents thereof and** **that they signed the same freely and voluntarily. Buyer acknowledges** **that by placing a Winning Bid ,** **Buyer voluntarily entered a legally binding contract to commit to buy** **this item from the Seller.
