This is an original pair of T bird valve covers. When I purchased these years ago, one had a 1/4 hole drilled in it. No idea why. I took it to a local welding fabrication shop and they had to cut out a tiny part of 2 of the fins so that it could be welded up from both the inside and the outside. The fins were then welded back up from scratch and ground to look just as they should. ( this cost me $150) they are now perfect again and once they are polished up and painted inside the fins, ( how everyone does them) it will not even be noticeable. ( see pics) he did a good job. Anyway, they are otherwise perfect with no issues other than normal finish wear. These will make a nice good looking pair on your old TBird motor. Shipping will be $30 to the continental US.
