This is a pair of true vintage Moroso gold anodized aluminum valve covers for Big Block Chevy engines. These covers are very light weight and are a favorite of race cars trying to lose weight and have the tall height with no internal baffles, drippers, etc. Since these are aluminum racing units, they were commonly dented, crunched, etc. They also have usually been drilled and welded for aftermarket breathers, brackets, etc. Finding a true early unmolested pair like these is quite a treat.

These covers are in very good original condition as shown. I don't believe these have ever been in a running engine. They apper to have been used for mockup only. Each cover has one hole drilled on the inner/intake vertical side as shown. They are in their original gold anodized  finish with no paints or coatings.   The covers are free of dents and corrosion. The anodized finish and still has awesome color and overall appearance. There are some light scuffs and scratches but nothing to write home about. When you first see these covers, they appear to be NOS. Upon closer inspection, the 2 drilled holes and light shaft wear become apparent. These covers will look fantastic installed. These are truly amazing time capsules.
