Vintage Fulton Sun Shield Company Milwaukee USA Sun visor Chevy Dodge Ford

I am not sure which exact model or what it fits, but I have an original vintage fulton sun shield company sun visor that was used on old classic vintage cars.   I disassembled it for shipping purposes but it comes with all hardware that was there when I disassembled it, not sure if everything needed is there or not, but it comes with what I had.   See pictures for what is included and for condition.   It looks like it was originally green but has been painted over, paint is peeling/chipping.   It has multiple dents, sone smaller and done larger, I tried to show it all in pictures but it's kind of hard to do.   The material seems like it would be easy to pop the dents out  but I did not attempt to because I wanted to leave it as original as possible.   You could leave it as is for that patina look, or it probably could be fixed.   I'm not sure if anything is missing or not, but you can see what I have here in the pictures.   Please ask if you have any questions.   Thank you.
