This is a very cool true vintage 471 blower setup. This blower came off a running T-Bucket hot rod. This is a real deal vintage system with many fabricated and ingenious solutions. The blower is attached to a steel adapter that is bolted to an original GM 1957-1962 Corvette dual quad intake. I imagine it will bolt onto many other factory and aftermarket dual quad intakes that have the same bolt pattern. The front of the blower is oiled by the oil pressure outlet on the front of a SBC engine. The rear of the blower has Zerk fittings on the rear plate to grease the bearings. This is simply an awesome feat of engineering and is really what hot rodding is all about.

As stated above, this blower came off of a good running T bucket. In fact, the last 2 pictures show is still on the T bucket and there is even a poor quality video at the end of this description that shows it running on the T bucket. I bought this blower over 5 years ago. I intended to sell it but I really liked looking at it. I set it on a mocked up engine in my shop and that became its home. I'm moving things around the shop and decided to list it. The first picture in the listing shows it mocked on a Small Block engine. The engine is not included in this listing, only the blower as described and shown in the other pictures.

This blower is in good vintage condition as shown. It came to me complete less the carburetor. Some of the hardware has gone missing but everything else seems to be here. You get the factory Small Block Chevy dual quad intake, the fabricated steel adapter that the blower mounts to, the blower itself, the 4 barrel carb adapter, the idler pulley and bracket, the lower crank pulley, and the belt(I imagine it needs replacing). You will need a water pump pulley that lines up with the crank V belt grooves which looks like a standard piece. This is simply an awesome vintage blower system.
