Shipping

• We ship small items by UPS and USPS. Larger items will be shipped via regional freight carriers.
• Local pickup and local delivery options are available.
• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access. Freight shipped to residential areas or requiring lift gate service will be subject to an additional charge (dependant upon area).
• Shipping prices are reflective of the contiguous United States. Please contact us for details about orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Protectorates, or APO/FPO.
• If you receive a damaged item, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Damage claims must be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven (7) days of delivery. Please email us a description of the damage along with photos of damaged purchase. We will submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier, and will refund or reship the purchase once that claim is approved and paid.

Warranty & Returns

• Please see all warranty details on the back of your invoice.
• Standard 90-day warranty on all engines, transmissions, carriers, real differentials, transfer cases, etc. These items are warranted to be in good running order unless stated otherwise ("core" or "for parts only" items).
• Used engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil and filters upon installation. Customer must provide dealer verification upon request.
• NO LABOR WARRANTY
• Warranty does not include attached items (if included) or accessories (water pump, fuel pump, carborator, distributor and computers).
• Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or removed.
• Complete warranty and return details will be included on the packing slip which will accompany the item or box.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RMA# or the package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• Original shipping costs and 20% restocking fees may apply.
• All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Returned items must be well packed in the original packaging and contain EVERYTHING that was provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, etc.
• All items sold are marked before shipping; do not cover or erase these marks. Do not unstick any seals, holograms or security stickers. Warranty is void automatically if these identifying marks are removed.
• Please retain your return tracking number and purchase shipping insurance. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be inspected nor resold. You will have to submit lost package claims directly to your shipping company to request compensation.
• Returns are NOT accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
• Before purchasing, please verify fitment. Fitment is not guaranteed and installation instructions are not provided.
• After you have received your item in satisfactory condition, please leave us positive feedback.
