This Cylinder Head is designed to fit only 2009 - 2019 [2ZR-FE], and no core is required for this purchase.

Our CYLINDERHEAD undergoes a thorough cleaning, inspection, and pressure testing process. All seat and guide work is performed as needed using state-of-the-art Serdi or Sunnen seat and guide machines. The head then proceeds to a Rottlier CBN resurfacing machine to achieve the required RMA finish. We ensure a perfect seal between the valve and the seat by installing a quality valve seal and pulling a vacuum on each valve. All machine work is carried out using the latest state-of-the-art equipment, and the head is complete and ready for installation.

Record Crankshaft is committed to quality craftsmanship and offers the following warranty. Please read this document carefully before installing your cylinder head, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

• Acceptance of this head constitutes acceptance of this warranty.
• The heat tab must be in place on the head, unaltered or melted.
• Any claim must be returned to Record Crankshaft & Grinding for inspection, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. A Return Authorization number must be obtained.
• Only one warranty is applicable per purchase.
• The warranty begins at the date of purchase.
• No incidental, consequential, punitive, or over-the-road damages.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Damage caused by improper installation, accidental overheating, abuse, or neglect.
• Loss of time, use of the vehicle, phone calls, inconvenience, or consequential charges.
• Fluids, tow charges, rentals, or diagnosis.
• Repairs made without prior authorization will void all warranties.
• No warranty is provided for Commercial, Industrial Racing/Pro Stock, or Marine use.
• Lack of lubrication.

PLEASE NOTE:

No cam seals have been installed on overhead cam cylinder heads, as they come in your gasket set. We specialize in grinding crankshafts, bore and hone, surface blocks, and valve jobs on cylinder heads.
