Shipping:

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of the order payment. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available on request, additional fees may apply.

Domestic shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states only.For any other destination, please contact us for a quote. International shipment is available by request. International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees/duties/taxes. Please provide an email and phone number if shipping via Express Service, Freight or International.

Please inspect all shipments for damage prior to signing for them. If damage is found be sure to note it on the shipping paperwork prior to signing and accepting the shipment. Failure to note damage for the shipments may result in a denial of the damage claim. Damage caused by the shipping company must be covered by the shipping company, and will not be the responsibility of EV Parts Guy.

Damaged parts must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us and we will try to help resolve the issue.

Return Requirements:

The buyer understands that there are no warranties express or implied. Further, buyer understands that the part fitment and/or determining the suitability for buyers intended use is solely the responsibility of the buyer. We may accept returns if the part is damaged on arrival, or is non-functional, subject to the requirements listed below. Returns after 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted.

If the return is requested within 30 days, provided that the item is a returnable item, and if we have a replacement item in stock, upon receipt of the original item from you, we will exchange the item at no additional cost. If we do not have a replacement item, a refund will be issued, provided that the item is a returnable item and in the as shipped condition.

Buyer pays return shipping, unless the reason for the return was caused by our mistake.

EV Parts Guy has no responsibility and will NOT be responsible for any of the following:

• Damage caused by, shipping, you or your Installer.

• Labor costs incurred by you or your installer for any product purchased.

• Return Shipping.

Non-Returnable Parts

• Li-Ion Batteries and Customer Damaged Electrical parts are not returnable.

• We cannot accept returns on used, installed, misused, painted, manipulated, or disassembled parts.

• International orders are non-returnable.

• Returned items cannot have missing parts and/or hardware.

• Parts must be resalable and in the Original condition sent to the customer.

• Failure to meet the above guidelines will result in a return refusal. Any refused parts will either be disposed of or sent back to the customer at their expense.
