Bruce Moore Auto Salvage hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and function. If part is found to be defective within 14 days from date of purchase, Bruce Moore Auto Salvage has the discretion, to provide either a replacement or a refund.

• No electrical returns or fuel associated parts - electrical part are guaranteed to work at the time of purchase. They are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problems, and we accept no responsibility for improper installation or diagnosis.
• Some Electrical components will have to reprogrammed by dealer.
• No refunds on labor.
• The warranty shall be void if the part(s) are not returned in the condition in which they were sold, or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on Bruce Moore Auto Salvage parts. All returned part(s) must have original receipt. We are not responsible for part(s) that have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident after purchase.
• Parts not defective which are returned for whatever reason are subject to a 30% restocking fee charge. All cut body parts are subject to an 80% restocking fee charge. All returned part(s) must be accompanied by an original sales receipt. No refund given after 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When the buyer originally paid by check, refund will be given after the buyer's original check has cleared the bank and a check from Bruce Moore Auto Salvage will be given for refund.
