Parts Grading

A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.

B Grade- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.

C Grade- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

No Grade- A part that has not yet been graded. LRW Online reserves the right to cancel/refund any order that had parts described incorrectly, had incorrect pricing information or was out of stock/damaged. We do our best to prevent these issues from happening and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Shipping

Please note that buyers that requires a liftgate for freight will be charged for Residential Addresses/Liftgate: $90 USD

Delivery address for freight must be able to accommodate a semi-trailer truck as large as an 18 wheeler!

Commercial Business address REQUIRES A VALID BUSINESS NAME & PHONE NUMBER. Lack of valid business name and phone number will delay your order.

Residential Address - Load is curbside delivery ONLY

1. Someone over 18 must be present for delivery.

2. Daytime phone number is required (shipment will not be delivered until the carrier has scheduled an appointment with you).

3. Please make sure your voicemail box is setup to receive messages

4. Cannot ship to AFO APO military addresses or P.O. Box.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only.

Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select 'Buy It Now' prior to local pick-up. Large Freight , please allow additional days to be shipped.

Returns

RETURNS

The return must be legit and must comply with the terms of our warranty and the buyer must accept and respect the following terms:

1. Shipping charges are not refundable. Charges related to the return of the item must be prepaid by the customer.

2. In the unlikely event that the item needs to be returned, it must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled. Please keep all of the unwanted parts/ components that you have taken off of the item for the period of the warranty. We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)

3. Buyer must contact us to create their return file.

4. All returned products/ items that we receive, must be inspected and tested for the warranty or return to be valid. The test and inspection is to determine that no damages have occurred to the products or items during the client’s possession.

5. When we sign for the returned item (Proof of Delivery) at our warehouse, the act of signing does not apply that your claim has been accepted.

6. If the item is returned with missing or damaged parts, you will be charged the retail price of replacement of the missing part(s) which we will deduct from the refund at our discretion.

7. If during inspection we discover that the item was damaged or destroyed while under the client’s possession, we will not issue any refund and may pursue legal claims

8. Upon completion of the test of returned item AND IF YOUR CLAIM IS DETERMINED TO BE VALID, we will notify you for replacement or refund.

9. If the case is determined NOT to be valid, there will be no replacement sent or refund issued

Return Policy

Most parts we sell come with a 30 Day Return Policy unless otherwise stated.  The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.  We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

1. We are not held accountable for any labor charges.

2. If during the installation process, minor defective parts are found, please contact us in order to get them replaced.   If you choose to purchase such parts from other retailers, it will be at your own cost.

3. If this item needs any minor or major repairs, the item must be returned.   Labor costs are not covered. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

4. All wear and tear parts (e.g.  timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

5. Warranty of any Seized or Blown engines by customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void.

6. You will receive the item as shown in the pictures displayed. Any other additional parts required to complete your swap will have to be purchased separately.   Some products may require additional components to be fully functional.

8. We are not held accountable for Broken items caused to shipping
