Shipping details:

Free shipping to USA addresses. Please, allow us within 24 hours after receiving the payment in order to send the wheel/rim through FedEx ground. According to UPS it might take around 2-4 business days to arrive (Everything varies depending on the buyer's location).

-We are responsible for the product to arrive at your home / Business. However, IT IS WITHIN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES AT YOUR PROPERTY (outside, from, back, of the DOOR / PORCH OF YOUR HOME or BUSINESS).

Returns:

-We accept returns (restrictions may be applied).

-We have a 14 days return policy which is automatically applied as soon as the wheel(s)  arrive on your property. After those 14 days have been passed, returns are automatically denied. However, the customer must PAY for the return. We will ONLY pay for the return only if it is our mistake (if we send a different wheel color/Size or it arrives damaged).

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

The wheel must arrive in the same conditions as it was sent (Partial discount might be applied if the wheel arrives in a different condition as it was given).

Instructions for a pleasant return:

-Please, follow the instruction for a pleasant return: when you open the wheel box DO NOT BREAK THE FOAM, in case you want to return it, you must put the foam back in the right places such as the face of the wheel, bubble wrap 1 in each corner of the boxes (YOU MUST PUT 1 ROLL OF BUBBLE WRAP IN EACH OF THE 4 CORNERS) AND THE CARDBOARD PROTECTORS 1 IN EACH SIDE (THEY ARE 8 SIDES, 4 ON UNDERNEATH THE WHEEL AND 4 ON THE TOP).

- LASTLY, WHEN THE WHEEL IS AT OUR PROPERTY AND IT SEEMS TO BE UP TO OUR STANDARDS, WE WILL KINDLY GRANT YOU A FULL REFUND BACK WITHIN A RATIO OF 24 HOURS.
