ENGINE & TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Warranty covers the internal parts of its engines and transmissions to be free of defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation, fuel injection parts, water pump, electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, not using proper fluids, and gaskets.

ENGINE*********** Required Installation Procedures PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLATION Drain and replace engine oils to manufactures suggested levels, replace oil filter, replace valve cover gaskets, replace oil pan gaskets and front & rear main seals. Inspect and replace if needed: Timing Gears, Chains or Belts & Gaskets. Replace thermostat & gasket. Flush cooling system and refill with anti-freeze to appropriate level. Install new spark plugs, belts and hoses. Flow test radiator for adequate cooling capability. Failure to replace seals, gaskets, belts/chains, filters and flush lines could void warranty.

Transmission ****** Required Installation Procedures PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLATION Change front seal, inspect and replace rear seal if needed, flush lines, replace filter, change sensors as needed. Flush the transmission cooler and cooler lines and radiator with a power flush machine or an aerosol, this will insure the cooling system is flowing. Replace radiator or cooler if recommended by manufacture. Fill transmission with OEM recommended fluids. Failure to replace seals, filter, and flush lines could void warranty. A 15% restock fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Tracking information is uploaded to the order once the item is shipped.

Larger items such as Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Tailgates, Trunk Lids, Rear Axles etc. will ship via freight. Freight items are unable to be shipped until we have all the necessary information required by the carrier. Typically that includes a valid business name, address, valid phone number, and hours of operation. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information with your order as well. Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to the nearest freight terminal for pickup. Some freight terminals are a short drive and others are a journey, please verify location before purchase.

Most UPS orders are shipped within one business day. If three is an issue with your order or item we will reach out to you before we ship the order. Once payment is received for a freight item we will send a message asking for additional information needed for the freight carrier. Without this information we will not be able to ship your item.

If a UPS item is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging and loose parts complete with the package. We will work on getting a replacement item to you while handling the UPS claim as well.

Please Inspect all freight shipments before signing for them at time of delivery! If there has been any damage to the item during shipping inspect the item to see if you can still use it or not. If you can still use the item, notate the damage on the delivery ticket that the driver is keeping then hand it back to them. Send us a message with a copy of your receipt and the delivery ticket you kept. We will take care of the damage claim with the freight carrier. If you cannot use the product simply decline the shipment send us a message and we will work on getting a replacement or refund to you. It is very important to not sign for any damaged product without notating it on the delivery ticket or denying the shipment. You have the right to inspect the package for obvious signs of damage prior to signing and accepting the delivery. When you sign for the delivery on the carrier's Bill Of Lading (BOL) it is accepting the merchandise as is and in good order. So please inspect your package before signing for it. We do understand that sometimes there will be damage that is missed, don’t worry we will still be able to help you. If you do find concealed damage after you sign for the package let us know through messages and send some pictures as well. We will get with the freight company and start a claim.
