This is a very rare Mugen part  for the 1973 to 1979 1200cc Civic engine that's designed to move the distributor out of the way when multi carbs are used. Will NOT fit 1.5L, CVCC or any other Civic engine. Nothing but the Mugen distributor drive is included with the sale.  I sold another one last year for exactly the same price.  I do not send offers to watchers, price will NOT drop. If you are parking here hoping for one or the other, you are wasting time. Time to step up to the pay window if you are serious, otherwise it will stay in my possession for another 20 years or longer. Sale will be packaged professionally and fully insured, signature is required for delivery. I do have a lot of inexpensive parts for the 1.2L Civic engine, especially head gaskets, don't use the cruddy china made gaskets when I have better in stock!
