RETURNS/Warranty

We do offer a 30 day

return policy on all purchases, unless otherwise stated. Parts that require flashing

and/or programming may ONLY be returned if accompanied by a mechanic/

dealership receipt or ticket that states the problem with the part, vehicle

make/model/year, and shows mechanics name and signature.

Part must be in same

condition as when purchased and returned within the 30 day allotted time frame.

The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returns. This includes

return shipping and original shipping costs.

SHIPPING

All items ship to the

continental US. and most will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (with

the exception of some larger items) with no additional charges. If the country you live in is not part of this program, then unfortunately

we do not ship there.

Items will usually ship the next day after

payment is received. If item is purchased and paid for after 12:00pm EST it may

not get shipped until the following day. For customers located in the

continental US, we do offer combine shipping discounts on most parts when

purchasing multiple items. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish to

combine shipping, so we can tell you if your items are eligible and provide you

a shipping quote.
