EVAPORATOR UNIT - REBUILT ***

This listing is REBUILT a/c evaporator unit for all 1965 Chevy Impala, Belair & Biscayne with factory air-conditioning.

PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT BY THE PART GUY LLC IN TAMPA, FL.

The unit has been fully rebuilt with mostly new parts and is ready to be installed in your car, attach hose, charge and use!   So clean you can put it on your kitchen table and eat off of it.

Here's what you get:

 -  RECONDITIONED EVAPORATOR.   Thoroughly flushed, nitrogen tested overnight at 250psi in a tank of water, cleaned externally and 3 oz. of oil added and flushed through.

 -  REBUILT SUCTION THROTTLING VALVE (STV) w/Original Actuator that does not function.   This is not necessary for system function\\*\, but necessary to be in place to allow for adjusting the low side system pressure during the charging process.

 --  RECONDITIONED Expansion Valve.   Tested & zinc plated.

 --  NEW Blower Motor w/Original Squirrel Cage, Blower Motor Vent Tube & Connector.

 --  NEW Drain Tube.

 -   RESTORED Inner & Outer Case Housing.   Part of the mount tabs on the inboard case half were ground off, which makes for easier installation.

 -   RECONDITIONED A/C Blower Motor Resistor
