Exterior sensors and brakes/rotors are usually included, however, sensors/brakes/rotors are not covered under our warranty and may need replacing. Axles are drained before shipment, therefore, they must be flushed, filled with new, specific axle fluid, and seals replaced. Also, be sure to check gear ratio, ring gear size, 2x4 or 4x4, etc. before Installing.

Parts Grading

A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.

B Grade- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.

C Grade- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

No Grade- A part that has not yet been graded.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Shipping

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

Freight/LTL Shipping:

Free freight/LTL shipping is available to business address in the western region. Please see our freight table to see additional shipping charges outside of the western region.

LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercially-zoned business address.

Residential delivery is not included in the free shipping. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service, so please contact us first to get a shipping quote.

If you cannot provide a commercial business address, we can deliver this part to a freight terminal for your pickup at no additional charge. Please contact us first so that we can give you the location of your closest freight terminal. Terminal delivery is subject to carrier availability, and may not be available at all times.

Small Parcel Shipping UPS/FedEx:

Free shipping on all small parcel orders.

All orders placed will ship within 3 business days of orders being placed.

This part will ship via UPS or FedEx with live tracking information. You will receive a message with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow up to 6 business days for your part to arrive.

Returns

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Please message us with questions.

Warranty

All parts come with a standard 90-day part only warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. The timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.

B&R Auto Wrecking does not guarantee mileage. We do not cover labor charges. Abuse, Commercial Use, Industrial Use Voids all warranties.If a warranty applies to the purchased part, it must be returned to the B&R Auto Wrecking location it was purchased from.

Our warranty is binding only with the original purchase on this invoice and claims will be handled with the purchaser. Contact B&R Auto Wrecking immediately PRIOR TO REPAIRING OR REMOVING any components. We require the original repair receipts prior to considering any warranty claim.

Engine:

Warranty void unless: All external parts that are worn, defective, different, or missing are replaced and radiator flow tested by radiator shop (warranty requires dated receipt). Timing components, injectors, oil cooler, thermostat, and water pump must be replaced. Engines are sold as interchangeable long blocks, year and model may differ; warranty limited to 90 days from purchase date: unauthorized dismantling of heads and blocks void the warranty. If heat tabs are melted or removed, warranty void. The warranty does not include switches, sensors, or any labor charges. Inspected and replace seals before installation if necessary. Warranty does not cover negligence or abuse of unit. It is Required that you re-seal transmission and engine oil pans. Engines come with a 90-day warrant unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

Transmission:

This transmission is sold as an interchangeable unit with a 90-day warranty. We do not guarantee the exact year and model ordered. We remove the oil pan and filter to inspect the unit. Customer responsibility: Replace seals, gaskets, and filter before installation! The torque converter must be properly seated and aligned to the front pump. Cooling lines must be flushed of debris before installing. Some will come with NO fluid, please check, and fill fluid to manufacturer levels. Failure to do any of the above VOID’S WARRANTY. This warranty does not cover fluid leaks, switches, sensors, or any labor charges. Please drain the returned core. B&R cannot and will not guarantee miles. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU re-seal the transmission and engine oil pans.

Transfer Case:

This transfer case is sold as an interchangeable unit. We do not guarantee the exact year and model ordered. The transfer case is warrantied for 90 days. Verify and check fluid type, levels, and viscosity requirements. The warranty does not include shift motor, switches, sensors, or any labor charges. Inspect and replace seals before installation if necessary. The warranty does not cover negligence.

Air Bag:

Air bags must be installed and inspected by a factory trained and certified technician. Check with the dealer as components may be different. B&R Auto Wrecking will assume NO liability or warranty related to this air bag or components. Any recycled air bag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks or serious injuries, including death. The purchaser of a recycled air bag assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death, which may arise because of the improper installation of recycled air bag. B&R Auto Wrecking makes absolutely NO warranty express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of recycled air bags. Recycled air bags are not tested to meet any safety standards.

All other purchases warrantied 90 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranties are non-transferrable.
