We highly recommend that you replace all seals,gaskets,filters,O-Rings,etc on all and any used parts prior to installation. It is a lot easier and cheaper to replace while the parts are off the vehicle compared to installed and finding out after there is a leak. We do not guarantee any except head gaskets on engines. Some times a seal may become loose or damaged from removal from the donor vehicle.

The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.   No labor warranty is provided.In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Engines- are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, and excessive smoking for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Special exceptions apply for engine sales. Engines are normally sold complete except for the starter,alternator,power steering pump and AC compressor. If you purchased rebuilt you would get a block and heads and have to use all your other parts like sensors,valves,coil packs,etc so please understand that we can not sell a engine for example a BMW engine for $699.99 and replace a sensor or valve that cost $799.99 for you. The remaining parts attached to the block and heads are left for our customer’s convenience . However, the following are not warranted due to breakage or defects; water pumps, fuel pumps, any and all gaskets, carburetor, plugs, wires,intake and exhaust manifolds, etc. These items are not warranted when sold on an engine and often need to be switched from the original engine.All seals,gaskets,liquids,etc should be replaced when engine is outside the vehicle prior to installation. Due to the complexity of today’s automobiles, there may be certain changes needed when installing an engine. (Drive Line) accepts no responsibility for the improper installation on any used parts. Warranty is void if engine is run hot, over heated or heat tabs melted.

Transmissions - are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase and for a period of 90 days. Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is not warranted under any circumstances. Customers must replace all seals and fluids. Engines and transmissions must have new seals. Warranty does not cover any seals. Engines or Transmissions that are taken apart by customer or representative will have no warranty and will not be replaced of refunded. If a problem occurs contact a sales agent prior to any work. Some transmissions may require reprogramming by a dealership or certified mechanic with the proper equipment and failure to do this may void the warranty.

**Rear ends/Axle/Carriers - are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition, and bearings are guaranteed to not be noisy at time of purchase. Please speak with a sales agent if this is of interest.
