NP231 231 J Jeep Transfer Case 1-1/4" UPGRADE Sprockets + Chain + *HD Mode Fork assembly, in excellent condition.   *The HD mode fork assembly is a new addition to our 231 beef-up line.   It replaces the stock 4.5" wide fork and slider with a 5.5" set which is 20% stronger and less resistant to wear that the original set up. Once the transfer case is apart, installing this addition takes only minutes more than just installing our upgrade without the range fork.

(This upgrade is only recommended for 95-up transfer cases.)

When purchasing, please tell us what style front output (to the front driveshaft) you have on your transfer case: 'flange' or 'yoke' (see photo 2)
