• Shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE and 20% restocking fee WILL BE CHARGED to ALL REQUESTED RETURNS that are not caused by product defects.   If defective return came back and tested working fine then the return will be treated as a change-of-mind return, therefore restocking fee & original shippingwill be deducted from the refund.
• For defective or warranty return, you have 3 choices: replacement, repair, or refund.   However, if we don’t have a replacement then we can only repair or issue refund for the item.   Otherwise, we will refuse it when it came back to us because it is not in the system.
