You are buying a Mopar A Body Drum Brake Proportioning Valve off of a 1970 Duster. Car has been sitting awhile but brake lines were all sealed and still had fluid in them. I would let it soak in some brake fluid overnight but I'm sure it would be fine as is as well. Will work for other cars as well as this is a common brake set up**.**
