This engine was pulled from a running and driving 2006 R53. This is the JCW variant which has the JCW valve cover and larger exhaust ports on the cylinder head. This engine can be installed into a Cooper S car without any modifications. It does not have the red dot because it was pulled from a factory JCW car and not a dealer installed kit. More photos and measurements can be provided at request. This engine will fit any R52 and R53 with the supercharged engine from 2002-2008
