Items are generally shipped quickly. If you have special packing or shipping requirements or suggestions, you MUST contact me before sending payment. It's not fair to me when buyers send the payment with a note to double box the item or flatten the box. While I am happy to accommodate such requests, they add size and weight to the package and increase the shipping cost. If a shipping service you would prefer is not listed, please ask before you pay. I may be able to add other shipping options.

I have made and do make mistakes. If that does happen, let me know ASAP so we can make things right. I don’t pack boxes in advance to get exact weights because I offer combined shipping. I try to charge only actual shipping cost.
