In order for us to accept return or process refund, the product must be in it's original form as you received and matching listing pictures, after we received back the item or items, we will inspect for any damage or missing parts, we will deduct the cost to replace and repair in a reasonable amount or no refund at all. We always use good amount of packing materials, When you receive the package please inspect carefully for damage to the box before signing if there is damage you must file a claim with the delivery company. Shipping fee are not refundable, Return shipping fee will be pay by buyer or deducted from the refund amount for wrong fitment, change of mind or any other reasons.
