The following must be sent when you open a return:

2. Documentation that the part could not be programmed and verify installation requirements.

Items returned due to an incorrect part number may be subject to a return $10 fee.

Returns will be initiated within the next 1-2 business days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and markings.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items returned will be a loss in value and deducted from your refund. Additional photos and documentation may be required.
