This transmission was removed from a 2002 Miata Sport that was crashed in the front and damaged. The VIN is JM1NB353X20222147. The car was showed 74,665 miles. My understanding is that the 6 speed manual unit will fit 1990-2005 NA and NB models with the correct '94-05 manual driveshaft. Includes the transmission, shifter, slave cylinder, and throwout bearing and release arm.
The transmission is in terrific condition. Nothing is broken or damaged. I bench tested this unit using a drill motor as a drive device at approximately 1200 RPM, and shifted the transmission into all 6 gears and reverse without any grinding or other issues.
