This is a gen 4 LS truck intake manifold (cathedral port) that has been cleaned and inspected for damage and is in fantastic shape. This comes with fuel rail, MAP sensor and injectors as shown. What's shown in the pictures is what's included. The injectors are part number 12594512 and flow 36 lb/hr @58psi.

Please double check the pictures to make sure this is what you need. This is a cathedral port intake without EGR and accepts a 4-bolt standard throttle body. This intake will fit many years, makes and models. Please ask if this fits your application before buying.
