Listing is for a used Headlamp Assembly for vehicles without AFS and/or Night Vision. Bulb and ballast are not included. You may transfer over your original bulb/ballast from your original assembly. Headlamp assembly is tested to be functional including daytime running lamps without any flickering.

The assembly will fit on the vehicle with 3 out of 4 mounting tabs secured as one of the tabs is missing its threading. It's very common for this part to break and remain stuck on the vehicle when removing an original lamp assembly and won't affect the lamp from aligning or being secured to the vehicle.

Headlamp lens has been polished with a new layer of clear coat added. Lens assembly does not fog up or have any loose internals.
