Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

Returns

Returns are very expensive for all businesses. All items are used and depending on the part fragile. They are tested here to verify our product works as it should and packed in such a way for safe transit by our shipping partners. Repeated packing, unpacking, and shipping is very hard on many of these items. We ask that you review images, descriptions and part numbers to verify our part will work for your needs.

If an item must be returned it should be packed in their original condition to receive credit. The product will be inspected and tested upon return reciept. Additional charges may occur for shipping and inspection. Please message us with questions.

Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order.
