Warranty Coverage:

At JDM Hotline LLC, we stand behind the quality of our JDM engines and transmissions with robust warranty offers. Our engines come with a 30-day warranty and 60 days warrant depends on listing, We ensure that all internal engine and transmission parts are protected, reflecting our dedication to quality.

Sales and Warranty Policies:

We uphold a clear sales policy at JDM Hotline LLC: all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges on non-defective engines. A service fee of $25.00 applies to any cancelled or returned order paid by check. Moreover, refused or returned shipped products will incur a 25% restocking fee, in addition to all original and return freight charges.

Warranty Exclusions for JDM Engines:

Our Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from engine overheating, misuse, or improper installation.
• Towing, freight, or delivery costs.
• Labor costs for engine removal, installation, or repair.
• Any modifications or usage beyond the engine's design.
• Damage due to a defective timing belt or forced induction alterations.
• Engines used for competitive driving or racing.

Responsibilities:

Customers bear the responsibility for verifying item compatibility before purchase. Errors in ordering fall under customer responsibility. We strongly recommend speaking with a professional mechanic prior to purchase.

Warranty Claims:

Should you need to make a warranty claim, we request a detailed description and photos of the defective part via email. After verification, JDM Hotline LLC will decide on:

1.Replacing the defective part(s) of the engine/transmission.

2.Providing a replacement engine.

3.Issuing a refund for the engine's purchase value. Please note, the returned engine must be as it was upon dispatch; charges apply for any missing parts.

JDM Engines Emission Compliance:

Be aware that engines with complete accessories may not meet the emission control laws of your state. You may need to transfer emission devices from your old engine to ensure compliance. The cost of your purchase reflects only the long block, inclusive of the cylinder head and short block.
