International Shipments:

Our primary shipping carrier will be US Postal Service, usually takes 10-20 business days (Exclude holidays) to be delivered.

In some cases, it may take longer due to Customs Inspection. We recommend you to contact your local Post office / Customs office for the package If it has passed the 15 Business days period.

Duty and taxed for International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return

We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. All return item(s) must be in brand new condition and with all original packaging and accessories. 15% restocking fee will be applied and all shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.

Installation- Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may need modification to install. Most of the items do not have installation instructions. We recommend professional installation if you have any questions about the product.

Please note: It is imperative that bidders understand the items are vehicle related and require installation and vehicle knowledge.
Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (beware some shops are worse than others).
We are not responsible if you or your shop cannot install the items properly. Do research on your car specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and knows your specific model.
Those are the best places to have it installed. We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind, we do not make the products. We do our job which is to get you the best price possible and ship it out fast.

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

If customer receives damaged or wrong item(s), please email us immediately. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It may be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures may be required for most of the cases

We recommend professional installation for all parts sold. Most buyers are not certified or do not possess the experience or knowledge to work on vehicles. Installation by non-certified professionals is dangerous and could cause item or vehicle damage. The parts may not be legal for street use. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all local, state, and federal laws regarding legality of items being purchased. The user must verify with the vehicle manufacturer and wheel manufacturer the correct lug nut thread size, length and shape of seat (cone, radius or flat seat) before installing lug nuts/wheel locks. Use of the wrong size or type of lug nut/wheel lock will damage the receiving threads and may cause failure or loss of the wheel which may result in serious injury. The use of spacers may change wheel and vehicle manufacturer specifications; use of any spacer is voluntary by the customer. The Manufacturer and the retailer make no guarantees, expressed or implied regarding load or safety of specifications of spacers, lug bolts, lug studs, camber kits, coil-over kits or any non-factory parts. The user agrees by installing the items that The Manufacturer and the Retailer are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur from the use of parts. The Manufacturer and the retailer are not responsible for clearance problems with hubcaps, camber kits, coil-over kits or wheel covers. Follow tire manufacturers instructions with regard to tire size, correct lug nuts or bolts, studs, valve stems, balancing weights, and torque specs and load capabilities.
