This is a used turbocharger for the Mercedes OM642-lS 3.0L Bluetec Diesel V6, with electronic actuator pre-installed and calibrated for easier installation and better long-term reliability. Guaranteed to fit and perform exactly the same as the OEM Honeywell/Garrett GTB2856u, but they don't include the actuator, which is the true cause of most of these turbo failures.
