This GM clutch fork can be installed as-is and will work properly.   It has never been modified.   There were shallow wear grooves on the two tips contacting the throw-out bearing, however.   I had them filled with weld metal and ground smooth (see last two photos).

A new reproduction of this fork lists for $112 in the recent '63 - '67 Paragon catalog.
