Purchase : If your unit can be fixed, make the purchase and we will send you a message with a few more questions. And we will provide you with a shipping address.

Diagnostic Phase: Once your unit is shipped in, we will test the item in-house and replicate the issue that you are having.

Repair Phase: We utilize high-quality parts for all repairs, ensuring durability and longevity.

Completion: Post-repair, the unit is returned to you free of additional shipping charges.

Note: Unrepairable units are returned with a diagnostic fee. We cannot repair previous failed repair attempts. Options for a refurbished replacement may be offered.

How long will this take?

Expect your device back within 3-7 business days following its arrival at our place.

We do all of the work usually within 1-2 business days of arrival.

We will mail it back using an expedited service of 2-day shipping. We pay for the return shipping only.

Our warranty?

All repairs come with a 1-year warranty. Should issues persist, we offer a seamless process to ensure your satisfaction, including repair reattempts and discounted replacements.

Shipping will be covered both ways for the first 2 months after receiving your unit. After that, you will have to pay shipping to us.

Warranty is not transferable if you sell the car. We log your customer data and give out a warranty #.

Shipping tips

You are responsible to package your part in such a way that it will not be damaged. We will return it in the same packaging. If we receive it damaged, we will notify and send you a picture.
