Headlights always come with the components shown in the photos of the listing. Halogen bulbs such as turn signals or high beam bulbs may or may not be included and are not guaranteed if they are. Xenon and LED bulbs when included are guaranteed to be functional.

All of our lights are purchased as cores. This means that we do NOT have access to the VIN of the donor vehicle. If you need a VIN for a salvage inspection we are unable to provide one.

A note on pricing: We make every effort to price our items competitively and fairly, and will not make any adjustments to the price for the first 180 days a listing is active. If "Best Offer" is not active on the listing, please do not send a message requesting negotiation. Any such messages will be ignored and deleted so that we can focus on more important messages. RETURNS:

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return and original shipping are the buyer's responsibility, even on "free shipping" listings. A 15% restocking fee may also be applied to returns not due to a material defect. This covers the cost of labor and materials associated with selling, shipping, and then relisting the item. Please ask any questions you may have about this policy; we aim to be as transparent as possible.

In order for any return to be eligible for a refund, the warranty sticker that is placed on all of our items must be intact.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us before opening a return or leaving negative feedback. Customer service is our number one priority, and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Purchases made on those days before 12PM will usually ship same day.

We generally use whichever delivery service is most cost effective. This tends to be either FedEx or UPS Ground.   We reserve the right to use a carrier or service level different from the buyer's selection (FedEx Ground by default) as long as the estimated delivery date either stays the same or is shortened. For example, in many cases, UPS will have the same delivery date at a slightly lower price, in which case we may opt to use UPS.

We do not ship items over one cubic foot to PO boxes as FedEx / UPS do not deliver to them and USPS is comically expensive for items over a cubic foot. Orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be cancelled. We also do not approve of international freight forwarding services. We will ship to them, but we accept absolutely zero responsibility for any damage or loss in transit after the item arrives to them. This has become more of an issue as of late, so to be very clear: once we see that the item is delivered and accepted to the freight forwarder of their choice, we will no longer provide customer service to buyers using unauthorized shipping services.

Free shipping, where offered, applies to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico buyers will be responsible for the extra cost incurred in shipping to these locations. Immediate payment is required when using Buy It Now.
