CONDITION: Normal wear for an item of this type and age. Please read condition description above. Of course none of these cars run or drive. Most don't have keys or batteries, etc. All we know about these electronic items is that they were in a car driven daily till they were in a collision or got damaged somehow. Also, many times there is something else wrong with your car beside the switch.... (relay's, wiring, and any number of other things....) Therefore we must sell all of these electronic items as is.... The item that you are looking at on the table is the ACTUAL  item that you will receive if you are the winner.
