_**_This was in a pile of NOS Ford parts I bought. It was not in a box, so I can't call it NOS, but it may not have ever been used. No flaws that I can see, it is really nice! Yes, the FORD emblem is dusty & needs to be cleaned. Check all the close up pictures.   I've never had another in this nice of condition. Has 13k802 si8 K 17 on the back.   Do your research to be_**_ _**_sure it will work for you._**_
