Land Rover Factory Accessory Tow Kit. P/N LRK50996. I received this with my 2003 Discovery II, it should work with most 80s/90s-era Land Rovers.
It looks like the main hitch with ball has been used. Some parts appear unused. I'm not sure how the keys are used, but I am including everything shown.
Item weight is ~17lbs. Shipping might be pricey to west coast.
