This is an original AM FM radio out of a 1969 Pontiac Firebird. The model number is 92FFP1 as shown. This radio is specific to the 1969 Firebird only and is very hard to find. It has many unique features including pushbuttons that are much longer than other radios of this style order to pass through the Firebird dash. These radios were rare when new and are extremely hard to find today in any condition. Don't miss this very nice working original radio.

This radio is in clean and intact as shown. The dial is chrisp and bright and fully flips from AM to FM and back to AM. The face plate is cast 7307455 and has an "F" written to the side of the nose which let the factory know it was for an "F" body(Firebird). The lens is undisturbed with no cracks or yellowing. All push buttons and dials work as they should. The original inner and outer knobs are real deal OEM pieces. The case is free of dents, damage, and modifications. The original transistor is intact and dated 6840 which decodes as the 40th week of 1968. The original connector is intact as shown. This is a awesome survivor factory AM FM radio.

This radio has been tested and plays loud and clear on both AM and FM bands with good reception. That said, this radio is over 50 years old and it would be a good idea to have it serviced before installing to ensure trouble free use. I made a video showing the this radio working.
