IN MOST COMMON CASES IF THE THIRD PARTY INSPECTION COMPANY DETERMINES THE ENGINE IS BAD OR DEFECTIVE AT OUR FAULT WE WILL SHIP YOU ANOTHER ENGINE LONG AS A REPLACEMRNT IS AVAILABLE. IN THE EVENT WE CAN NOT PROVIDE A REAPLCEMENT WE WILL SEND A FREIGHT PICK UP TAG AND REFUND YOUR MONEY. WE DO NOT COVER ANY LABOR NO MATTER WHAT.

WE WILL COVER SHIPPING YOU A REPLACEMENT AFTER THE INSPECTION COMPANY HAS DETERMINED IT IS DEFECTIVE. IN SOME CASES WE WILL REQUIRE THE DEFECTIVE ENGINE BACK IF THE CORE VALUE OF THE DEFECTIVE UNIT IS OVER $250.00. WE WILL SEND A CALL TAG FOR IT. IF THE INSPECTION COMPANY DETERMINES AN ENGINE CAN BE REPAIRED OR FIXED WHILE STILL IN THE VEHICLE AND THE COST TO REPAIR DOES NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE ENGINE WE MAY PAY YOU OR REFUND YOU MONEY TO REPAIR OR FIX THE ENGINE ONLY IF THE COST OF REPAIR IS LOWER THEN THE SELLING PRICE OF THE ENGINE. THIS IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH LABOR COVERAGE.WE DO NOT COVER LABOR.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THIS DETERMINATION.

ALL ENGINES ARE MARKED WITH STAMPINGS AND HEAT TABS. WE NEVER BUY A DONOR VEHICLE OFF THE STREET OR FROM PRIVATE PARTIES. THE DONOR WAS RUNNING PRE ACCIDENT WHEN IT WAS CRASHED.

WARRANTY EXCLUDES MODIFICATIONS FOR RACING OR COMMERCIAL USE VEHICLES TAXI"S LIMO LIVERY & TOW TRUCKS.( Uber & Lyft driving are not excluded from our 6 month warranty only taxis lino's and tow trucks are excluded from the 6 month warranty and will only be covered for 30 days )

MODIFIED ENGINES FOR RACING ARE EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY. ANY SIGN OF MODIFICATION OR NON-NORMAL USE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. PLEASE SAVE ALL MAINTENANCE RECORDS OIL CHANGE RECEIPTS AND REGULAR SCHEDULED MANUFACTURE MAINTAINES SPECS. WE MAY REQUIRE THESE UPON WARRANTY. OIL CHANGE RECEIPTS MAINLY WITH MILEAGE VERIFICATION.

In the event a part sold fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. After the 60 day period you are only covered for a replacement not a return.**

This used item comes with a 6 Month (Parts ONLY - NO Labor). A 60 day return policy applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period.  We are able to offer replacements if comparable part is available. NO LABOR IS COVERED FOR ANY REASON, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect. Expect normal wear appropriate with the donor vehicle's age. You will only receive what is in the picture stated in the description Please do not assume anything else will be included

Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the Engine Block, Cylinder Head(s), Head Gasket(s), Crankshaft, Pistons, Rods, Bearings, Oil Pump, Camshaft(s), and Valves & Lifters.

Check List before Install:

 (Failure to complete the following will void Warranty)

- Determine why the original engine failure occurred and make appropriate repairs.

- Insure this engine is the same application as the one being replaced.

- Clear all computer diagnostic codes from the vehicle prior to installing.

- Exchange the oil pan and pick up tube.

- Inspect and replace gaskets & seals (front seal, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets).

- On crankshaft bolts that are drilled through sealant must be applied to avoid leaks.

- Install new thermostat & gasket (warranty will be void if engine heat tab is melted or removed)

- Replace the timing belt.

- Remove all 'cap-plugs' orifice covers.

- Replace water pump.

- Install replacement spark plugs & wires.

- Exchange the flywheel and bolts.

- Exchange attached accessory items to insure proper fit (mounts, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, sensors).

- Disable fuel/ignition before attempting to start engine. This will allow the oil to prime as indicated by the manufacturer.

- Replace engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters, and coolant-antifreeze.

- Drain excess oil and coolant from exhaust system.

- If equipped with an engine oil cooler the radiator or external cooler must be replaced.

- Insure the cooling system is flushed and functioning

The engine you receive may or may NOT include some additional accessories and extra parts. If included these parts are SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY and were left on to help protect the engine during storage and shipping. Examples of these non-warranty parts include switches, sensors, cables, coils, wires, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt/chain), hoses, water pumps, brackets, intake/exhaust manifolds, oil pans and turbo/superchargers (if equipped). To aid in installation, you get to keep your current engine and all attached accessories. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.

There Will Be No

No Power Steering Components - No Lines - No Wiring - No AC Components - No Sensors - No Alternator - No Starter - No Computer Boxes - Timing Chains & Covers are on the engine but are recommended to be changed before installation and not covered under the warranty - It is your responsibility to use your old parts on this used engine.
