this dual headlight grill was removed from a 1991 Chevy Suburban
this is the correct fit for Chevy GMC Suburban Blazer V & R sires (square body) 1989 1990 1991
can also fit 81-87 if you change the front radiator support to 1989-1991
the center section is in real nice shape, no cracks or impacts
one of the headlight bezels has some cracks
