This OEM BMW media blaster cylinder head adapter is a must-have for car enthusiasts looking to keep their vehicles in top condition. Specifically designed for L6 N55 N54 models, this adapter was used once and ready to be put to use.
I used 2 boxes of medium walnut shells with great results on my 2010 N54 (535xidrive). Performed at 85k miles and definitely needed the cleaning, Due too the direct injection the valve stems carbon up over time.
Many good you tube vids out there on how to do this. It is worth it, great job on cleaning up the intake valve stems and intake chambers.
