BMWDAY has to receive all relevant parts which have been shipped to the customer back, before considering a refund or replacement.

It is specifically customers’ responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery. Moreover, it has to be noted that proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.

Orders which have been cancelled after dispatch, as well as parts wrongly ordered or ordered but no longer wanted will be subject to a 20% handling charge fee. Furthermore, note that all parts that we send are security marked.
Every part that have been returned to BMWDAY will be checked. Any parts tampered or without security mark will not be refunded and will be subtracted from any warranties.
