ABBREVIATIONS & DESCRIPTIONS

Parts Grading: A standard code system from the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, collision repair facilities, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing what these codes mean will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it.

A Grade          Used part that is of low mileage (relative to model year) and/or is in exceptional condition. It may show limited wear and has minimal imperfections such as fine scratches, minor surface rust, etc.  See photographs & Conditions & Options line.

B Grade          Used part in average condition. It is of average mileage (relative to model year and/or is in normal condition for its age. It may show wear, scratches, gouges, marks, pits, rust, corrosion, dents or other minor imperfections. See photographs & Conditions & Options line.

C Grade          Used part with high mileage and/or light damage or is for parts/repair only as noted in the Conditions & Options line. See photographs.

Electrical and mechanical parts are graded automatically based on age & mileage of the donor vehicle. Therefore, the grade C part might actually be in better condition than the Grade B due to environmental conditions, prior replacement, care by the previous owner(s), etc. We  cannot alter that grade manually.

All parts are tested when possible prior to removal from the donor vehicle to help ensure that they are fully functional.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states via UPS Ground or USPS.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only that can be shipped through the US Postal Service.  Local Pick-up at our facility is Welcomed. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up.

Unless otherwise notoed all parts are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.

Freight Shipments are delivered by a semi-truck or box truck. Freight shipments are to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock. If you don't have a commercial address available we would be glad to get you a quote for residential shipping. When shipping to a residential address the freight company will call to arrange an appoint for the delivery because someone must be available for the delivery.  NOTE:  Do not sign the release documents without fully inspecting the outer packaging for noticeable signs of damage.   The freight companies will not let you open the package before signing; therefore you must not provide signature if there are any signs of damage based on the outer packaging

Returns

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit.

We do not accept returns for non-defective items. If you are unsure if a part is correct for your application please ask. We will be glad to help you choose the correct part.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Transmissions are shipped without a filter. Warranty claims require proof of a new filter and that the transmission lines and coolers were flushed prior to installation or warranty is void. Most electronically controlled transmissions will also require the conrol module to be reset or reprogrammed to complete installation.   The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and does not include labor

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
