TRANSMISSION: Transmission is sold as sealed drive train power conversion units. The transmission case and internal lubricated parts are covered by the warranty. Reprogram/Flash, Seals and all attached parts are the responsibility of the installer. Many modern vehicles have computer controlled shifting. The vehicle manufacturer requires the vehicle computer be reprogramed immediately after installation to identify and properly operate the replacement transmission. All transmissions need to be reprogrammed by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Dealer. Any warranty claim must provide an invoice from the OEM Dealer that this has taken place. If no invoice is provided and/or a reprogramming has not taken place, the warranty will not be honored and no refund will be given.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Shipping

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

Returns

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit.

ABC Auto Parts does not charge a restocking fee.   Return Shipping Charges and Original Shipping Charges will not be returned when it is the buyer's error, remorse, etc.   They buyer will pay return shipping charges and original shipping charges, even if it is free shipping. Acutal costs incur to us for shipping items to the buyer and we will pass that along to the buyer.

If we have made a mistake, shipped the wrong item, part is defective, etc- we will resolve the issue at our cost.

If a part fails to perform properly, please contact us before taking additional action. Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed, In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
