Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only.  Local Pick-up at our facilities are Welcomed. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up.

All parts are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.

Freight Shipments are delivered by a semi-truck or box truck. The freight company will call to arrange an appoint for the delivery because someone will need to be available for the delivery.  NOTE:  Do not sign the release documents without fully inspecting the outer packaging for noticeable signs of damage. Knowing what these codes mean will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it.

A Grade          Used part that is of low mileage (relative to model year) and/or is in exceptional condition. It may show limited wear and has minimal imperfections such as fine scratches, minor surface rust, etc.  See photographs & Conditions & Options line.

B Grade          Used part in average condition. It is of average mileage (relative to model year and/or is in normal condition for its age. It may show wear, scratches, gouges, marks, pits, rust, corrosion, dents or other minor imperfections. See photographs & Conditions & Options line.

C Grade          Used part with high mileage and/or light damage or is for parts/repair only as noted in the Conditions & Options line. See photographs.

NIQ stands for NOT INSURANCE QUALITY which means the parts is not 100% perfect like a new OEM part.

Electrical and mechanical parts are graded automatically based on age & mileage of the donor vehicle. Therefore, the grade C part might actually be in better condition than the Grade B due to environmental conditions, prior replacement, care by the previous owner(s), etc. We  cannot alter that grade manually.

All parts are tested when possible prior to removal from the donor vehicle to help ensure that they are fully functional.
