Item is listed in used condition. Item was received sealed in box. Box had a very minor dent in it, so we did open it to inspect it. Item had a few bent fins, so we straightened them to the best of our ability and then took photos and resealed the box. The amount of bent fins is not serious and likely would not make a noticeable difference whatsoever. Item has never been installed, but we listed as used due to the minor damage to a few of the fins. PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT. IF YOU SELECT THE WRONG ADDRESS, WE MUST CANCEL THE ORDER, RELIST THE GOODS, THEN YOU MUST REPURCHASE THE ITEM. THIS MEANS SOMEONE ELSE COULD POTENTIALLY PURCHASE THE ITEM BEFORE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO & YOU WILL MISS THE ITEM.

We ship via UPS, & USPS. We do not use Fedex. At times we will adjust the shipping option. For example, sometimes Priority mail is cheaper than USPS ground, or perhaps UPS ground is cheaper than Priority mail. We can combine orders if you buy multiple items, just please send us a message to let us know. We tend to ship faster than our 3 day handling time, but have it set to three days in case of extenuating circumstances. We generally ship our items out Tuesdays- Saturdays, as that is when we have UPS & USPS pickup. We will not ship internationally any other way, as this option provides protection for both us and yourself. This option provides tracking viewable for the both of us. It does issue two shipping numbers, firstly the UPS or USPS tracking # to the Global Shipping Hub, then an international shipping tracking number that you can enter on Pitney Bowes' site to receive tracking information. Using this option for global shipping, we unfortunately cannot combine shipping on different items.

Returns:

We have our return policy set to no returns accepted. In the case of either of these, we would like to ask that you message us first to discuss the issue, prior to requesting a return. If your item is damaged ( i.e. shipping box falling apart, destroyed, etc. Please take photos prior to opening the item - this just helps us know that that is how it was truly received & not inflicted by the buyer).
