We upgraded the shocks in our RV (with Konis) that has a Chevrolet Express 4500 chassis. The RV had about 16K miles when the shocks were removed, so there's plenty of life remaining in them. The hardest terrain the RV ever went over would be speed bumps in various RV parks, otherwise it's all highway and freeway. One of the shocks is missing the nut but the flanges and rubber spacers are new.
