• Local delivery and local pickup options are available:
  • Select local pickup during the checkout of your item.
  • Pick-ups may be made Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5 pm.
  • For local delivery, send us a note requesting this service during your checkout and we will have to send you a separate invoice.
  • Make sure you have the correct delivery business address or send it to us when you check out.
  • Local delivery in the Edmonton area is made to business addresses only and are delivered on business days (late morning and early afternoon).
  • We deliver to Edmonton and Sherwood Park for $10.00. We also deliver to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Nisku, and Leduc for $25.
• We ship most items through the mail.
• On larger items, a freight service will be used and pick up at the nearest depot may be necessary. If an item is freighted to your residence, then you will be expected to assist in unloading the item off the truck as power tailgate service will not be available.
• Most items ship within 24 hours of payment; items paid for on the weekend or holidays ship on the following business day.
• We offer combined shipping on 3 or more items. After you purchase the items, send us a message requesting combined shipping. We will package your purchases together and calculate the shipping and handling costs. If there are savings, then we will refund you the difference. Shipping prices on the listing also include handling charges.
• United States customers may be charged duties or taxes when the part reaches the border or upon arrival. If you would like to pick up the item, then select local pick up and we will send you our address when the part is ready.
• Shipping & handling costs are beyond our control; please bear in mind that we are in Northern Canada.
• IF YOU LIVE IN A REMOTE OR DISTANT LOCATION, THE SHIPPING COSTS MAY EXCEED THE ESTIMATED VALUE. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN WE WILL INFORM YOU OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO PAY OR GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF CANCELING THE ORDER.

Warranty & Returns

• We have a 30-day warranty on our parts. We will send a replacement or get you to send it back for a refund. We only refund you for the part and shipping costs.
• We offer a 30-day return policy, if you get prior authorization from us and return the original part in its original condition. (It cannot have been installed or taken apart). You will get a refund for the shipping only if the part is defective or listed incorrectly.
• Electrical Items/Modules: These items may need to be programmed to the vehicle after they are installed. Before you purchase an item, you must check with your dealer to see if it needs to be programmed and that they want to do this.

Please make sure the part you order is the right part and is in a condition that's acceptable to you. If the part is not as pictured or not in the condition that we described, then please email us and we will make it right. If you have questions or concerns about fitment, please contact us with your VIN# prior to purchase and we will make sure the part fits for your application.
