Works properly, both slides work and are not brittle. Plastic is in nice condition and has no cracks or breaks. All mounting tabs intact and comes with mounting screws. The cigarette lighter socket has some surface rust. I did not test the functionality of the cigarette lighter. Removed from a 1991 Mercedes 300SL with 37K miles that was rear ended.
